9. Acceptable Use

10. Third-Party Tools & Scheduling Platforms

11. Limitation of Liability

• Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid (if any) for the Services giving rise to the claim, or, where no payment applies, a maximum of EUR 1,000

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including liability for intent (opzet) or gross negligence (grove nalatigheid).

Any information disclosed during a XePlatform demo that is identified as confidential, or that should reasonably be understood to be confidential, shall be treated as confidential.

XePlatform, including its features, workflows, and technical architecture, shall be considered confidential information and trade secrets within the meaning of Directive (EU) 2016/943.

14. Governing Law
